Q:When will I receive my item(s)?
A:All items are typically sent the next business day after payment has been received at our end. Please ensure your payment is submitted with a relevant reference description otherwise this may delay your item being dispatched. Our fastest payment methods are Paypal and Credit card.
Q:Do you offer insurance?
A:Yes we do, insurance is $3.90. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Insurance covers your item from loss or damage during transit.
Q:What shipping methods do you offer for Australian customers?
A:We only offer courier shipping currently. This allows fast trackable delivery for our customers, with a trusted national carrier (Australian Air Express). Our courier requires a signature upon delivery if you are not home at the time of delivery the courier driver will leave a card advising you of further delivery options.
Q:What Shipping method is used for International shipments?
A:International shipments are sent via Australia Post International Airmail. Shipments are weight based. Shipping costs and calculator are provided in each item listing. Q:Will I be charged customs duties and taxes when I receive my item?
A:Please Note: Applies to International customers only - You are responsible for any duties or taxes deemed collectable by your country. Please check with the appropriate authority to see if any taxes or duties apply before placing your order.
Q:Can I pick up my item?
A:We do not offer pickups for any items purchased through ebay. In order to provide the lowest possible pricing to you, we cannot support this service.
Q:Do you offer combined shipping?
A:Yes! Purchases are automatically combined and discounted in checkout. Visit our shipping page for more information. If you have already paid for an item then it cannot be combined with any other item. Please wait until you have finished bidding before paying, we allow up to 5 days.
Q:Do you ship fishing rods overseas?
A:No, we cannot. This is due to their weight and size. We may also be unable to ship heavy items such as sinkers overseas.
Q:My order hasn't arrived yet? Where is it?
A:Delivery times can vary state to state, although deliveries to metropolitan areas are usually 2-3 business days after receiving your 'item has been shipped' email. If you were not provided a tracking number by email, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can assist.
Q:How long do I have to pay for an item?
A:We allow up to 5 days for payments to be made. In this time you can bid on other items to take advantage of our combined shipping rates. When completing checkout all items are automatically combined using our secure order system. If this does not occur please contact us. If you have paid for an item it cannot be combined with any other item.
Q:I had made a mistake when bidding, can you please retract my bid?

Q:Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?
A:Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes
